About me

I’m a clinical psychologist working in private practice in the inner west of Sydney. While I began my career in media and journalism, my growing fascination with the brain and human behaviour led me to study and train in clinical psychology. Key values for me are kindness, knowledge, bravery, humour and curiosity, and I strive to bring these to my therapeutic work with clients. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (associate) and registered with AHPRA as a clinical psychologist.

Client Focus

I am interested in working with any adults, couples and older adolescents with emotional health or relationship challenges who are ready to open up to new skills and perspectives. I have a special interest in neurodiversity, and working with ADHD in adults has become a particular focus for me in recent years. The most common conditions and neurotypes amongst my client base are:

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship Difficulties

  • Depression

  • Adjustment Disorder

  • Sleep Difficulties

  • OCD

Therapy Modalities

I use evidence-based approaches, and try to adapt my practice flexibly to my client’s needs and preferences. Sessions may be based on:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills

  • Gottman Method Couples Therapy
